What do we communicate to parents?
What do we communicate to parents?

See how we communicate with parents - we don't use pushy sales tactics!

Updated over 7 months ago

Supporting students is at the heart of what we do. Here at Eedi, we've created an extremely valuable platform for students, teachers and parents, and communicating this in the right way is important to us.

We don't believe in pushy sales tactics or use hard-sell processes

We only communicate with parents/guardians when a child invites them to Eedi, if a teacher invites them to Eedi, or if the parent/guardian chooses to sign up independently.

We never bombard parents with emails, instead, we explain what we offer (for both free and paid accounts) and give them the freedom to use Eedi as they wish.

Payment details are not a requirement when parents sign up to Eedi, so they'll never receive unexpected charges from us.

What happens when a student or teacher invites a parent to Eedi?

We'll send the parent/guardian an invitation email with instructions on how they can register πŸ‘‡

What happens when a parent signs up?

Once a parent registers they'll receive a free 7-Day trial of Eedi Plus. We'll keep in touch during their free trial period with a series of onboarding emails covering what Eedi has to offer, what their free trial of Eedi Plus gives them and their child access to, and inform them when they'll drop down to a free account (if they have not already subscribed).

We'll then check in once a week for the 3 following weeks to see how they're getting on and remind them of Eedi Plus benefits.

Following this, parents will not receive any further marketing emails regarding Eedi Plus.

Here's an examples of one of the email's parent/guardians will receive after signing up (click to enlarge) πŸ‘‡

Can parents unsubscribe or opt out of receiving emails?

Yes. Parents can unsubscribe to any of our emails using the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of all of our emails.

Parents can also choose to opt out of receiving marketing emails from us during sign-up.
