What are the Eedi League Leaderboards?
Leagues are an exciting way to motivate students and build healthy competition in maths. By earning streak points (π₯), students, classes and schools can climb the leaderboards and see how their efforts compare.
Students can earn up to 4 streak points per day by:
Completing a topic (π₯ x1)
Completing a lesson (π₯ x2)
Completing a stretch and challenge activity (π₯ x1)
Leaderboards update automatically every 30 minutes.
Where to find the league leaderboards
All leagues can be found on your Motivate page, within your teacher account.
To find your Motivate page, click on your avatar icon in the bottom corner and select "Motivate":
School League π
The School League shows how your school ranks globally against others on Eedi. On the Global League page, youβll see your schoolβs collective streak score (π₯) compared to other schools, along with your position, the top three schools, and your nearest competitors.
Students earn streak points for completing activities, and each week, those near the top of the global leaderboard are awarded bonus coins. The flame icon (π₯) highlights the accumulated streak points for students, classes and schools.
You can filter the leaderboard by location and time period.
Class League π«
The Class League highlights competition within your own school. It shows how each class ranks against each other, based on the streak points earned by their students.
On this leaderboard teachers will see all class names, with each classβs total streak points contributing to its position. Clicking on a class will take you to the individual Student League for that class.
You can filter the leaderboard by year group or time period to track which classes are leading.
Student League π©βππ¨βπ
The Student League brings competition down to the individual level within a class. Each student is shown in the leaderboard with their Eedi avatar, ranked by their streak points.
Students compete by trying to overtake the person directly ahead of them, while also keeping an eye on who might be catching them up. You'll see the streak points theyβve earned, and the global rank icon (π) lets you know where they're placed on the global student leaderboar.
