There are several reasons why you can encounter duplicate accounts in their Eedi schools. 

E.g, if your school has synced your MIS with Eedi after syncing the data, sometimes duplicates will appear if you had created accounts for your classes or students before the syncing process. - The automatically uploaded account plus the account you created manually. 

Other times, students might create multiple accounts themselves without notifying the teacher (i.e. if they forget their password and struggle to reset it). 

If you are finding duplicate accounts in your Eedi school, please let us know and we will get this fixed for you. Send us a message at hello@eedi.co.uk with the name of the school and the names of the duplicate accounts. We will get it sorted quickly!
