Understand what the Class League is and how it works πŸ†

Updated over 10 months ago

The Class League is a way to encourage your students based on their efforts. It's all about earning streak points by logging in and completing work ⭐️

How does the Class League work?

All students in your class will appear in the class league table as their Eedi avatar. You can view them either via Grid or List view and sort them by their ranking, name, or a random order.

Read more here about how we motivate students with the Eedi Shop & Avatars!

Students are ranked based on their streak points (πŸ”₯). Students can earn up to 4 streaks per day by completing the following tasks:

  • Complete a topic (1 x πŸ”₯)

  • Complete a lesson (2 x πŸ”₯)

  • Complete a stretch and challenge activity (1 x πŸ”₯)

Class League stats update every 30 minutes.

How to find the Class League:

To find your class' Class League:

  2. Go to the Students page.

  3. Click on the Class League tab.

What does the Class League look like for students?

Students will also have access to the Class League via their Eedi accounts.

They'll find it by:

  1. Logging in to their Eedi account.

  2. Going to their Challenge page.

  3. Clicking on the Class League section.

The Class League for students works in a very similar way, however, we also show them which student is ahead of them, and which student is closest to catching them up. They'll be told how many streak points they need to earn to overtake the student currently ahead of them, with the option to take their next topic and earn more streaks.

If a student is in multiple classes they can also use the drop-down menus in the top right of this section to choose which class they'd like to view.
