How do students access stretch and challenge?

There are a few different ways that students can access stretch and challenge questions:

  • At the end of a topic session
Once a student finishes their topic they'll be given some options for their next steps. One of these is to "Take stretch and challenge". This will take them straight to the stretch and challenge for that topic.

  • Whilst viewing their Activity page
The Activity page for students will show all of their previous topics worked on. They can browse through their previous work and click "Take Stretch & Challenge" on the topic of their choice.

  • As an activity option in a Diagnose, Resolve, Secure, Master lesson type quiz
When assigning work to your class, if you choose the Diagnose, Resolve, Secure, Master (DRSM) lesson type, your students will be asked to complete an activity after answering each Diagnostic Question in the quiz. Here they can choose to work on a Stretch and Challenge problem-solving question.
