If you need to edit any information in your profile, it's easy to do so. Once you are logged in to your Eedi account:

  1. Click on your initials in the top right corner of the page.

  2. Select 'Edit my profile'.

You'll now see all of the details entered when your account was set up. You can edit any of your Personal Details including:

  • Title

  • First name

  • Surname

  • Email address

  • Departments

  • Password

This page also displays your permission settings. You will either be set as a teacher or an admin in the school.

If you would like to request to become an admin in the school, simply select 'Admin' and then click 'Update'.

You must confirm any profile changes you make by selecting the blue 'Update' button at the bottom of the page.
