If your students are unable to log on to their Eedi account, you are able to reset their password for them, as the teacher.
View the below video and follow the simple steps detailing how to achieve this:
- Log in to Eedi
- Click into 'Classes' on the left hand side
- Click into the specific class your student is in
- Find your student, in your list of students on the right hand side
- Once in the specific students profile you can amend the password under 'current password'
Please note- If the student has set their own password, you will not be able to amend it, so if this is the case, please get in touch with the team at email@example.com and we can change it for you.
