If your students are unable to log on to their Eedi account, you are able to reset their password for them, as the teacher. 

Follow the simple steps below:

  1. Log in to Eedi
  2. Click into 'Classes'- In the top dashboard.
  3. Click into the specific class your student is in:

    4. Find your student, in your list of students displayed

    5. Once in the specific students profile you can amend the password under 'change password'. If the student has just forgotten their password, you will be able to see 'password given' to advise them rather than changing, should you wish. 

Please note- If the student has set their own password, you will not be able to amend it, so if this is the case, please get in touch with the team at [email protected] and we can change it for you.
